With the task to buzz and awareness around the collaboration between Magnum Mini ice cream and alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet, Style Coalition created a branded experience where six top online style influencers were invited to an exclusive party at the luxurious Carlyle Hotel on New Yorks exclusive Upper East Side. Styled by Bendet and photographed in the lush surroundings while enjoying Magnum Minis, the campaign resulted in a wealth of content the brand was able to use, including original photos and behind-the-scenes videos on its Tumblr site. The influencers further evangelized the message through blog posts, Twitter and Instagram, giving instant access to their brand experience to their captivated followers and amplifying the Magnum Mini campaign to viral proportions.
Starbucks Signature Frappuccino
Starbucks was looking to promote its new signature Frappuccino flavors and to demonstrate to consumers that Starbucks flavors are personalized to your style. Influencers with distinctly different styles participated in an engaging video series, produced by Style Coalition. Set to music, each video highlighted the bloggers wardrobe by following her though a typical day. The series lived on each blog and was distributed through an expandable ad unit. Each post and video gave consumers a fun glimpse into the bloggers life. The engaging content of the videos kept viewers captivated with 80% of viewers watching videos in their entirety!
Unilever Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy
Unilever was looking for a unique way to create buzz around the launch of its new Clear brand. Style Coalition beauty influencers were tapped to participate in the Best Night Ever campaign, sharing their tips on everything from how to go from desk to dinner to how to have the best girls night ever via blog posts. They also hosted weekly Twitter chats to engage their audiences. Additionally, the influencers were featured in a multi-page print advertorial featuring their tips for creating the best night ever hair styles. The 360 approach resulted in a cohesive, comprehensive campaign for the brand that showcased product benefits through integrated content.
Macys: Back to School Shopping Spree & Photo Shoot
Macys was looking to drive moms in store for back-to-school shopping. Three Style Coalition influencers who are also moms were selected to go on a Macys shopping spree! Each mom styled herself and her child and the pairs were each whicked away to NYC for a photo shoot. Consumers got a glimpse into a different side of their favorite bloggers — with one post receiving over 75 comments alone!
